Staff Meeting
This meeting is our monthly staff meeting. Our meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month. Staff voted for this day so that they would have new information to share with their parents from the staff meeting in there next month’s newsletter.
Ø Attendance: In attendance at the meeting are all staff (Including janitorial and cooks), head teacher, family advocate as well as our director.
Ø Agenda: After all is welcomed; minutes from the last meeting are read, and revisited if need be.
o New minutes: Classroom etiquette, cleanness of facility, our primary goal is the children, importance of paper work being completed in a timely manner, greeting parents, importance of parents signing children in/out, speech and vision screenings, and nutrition.
o Director will address each of these issues one at a time, leaving the option for question or concerns closed until the end of the meeting.
o The Head Teacher will then follow up on the importance of paper work and parents signing their child in /out.
o The Family Advocate will discuss information on the nutrition and the importance of turning in referrals for speech, and vision screening.
Ø Floor opens up for questions or concerns.
o Each staff member is required to sign in at all staff meetings.
o Snacks and juice is also served at meeting
